APPENDIX TO AN ORDER OF THE KENTUCKY PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION IN CASE NO. 2006-00349 DATED AUGUST 29, 2006 and CASE NO. 2019-00369 DATED MARCH 17, 2019.
The following rates, charges, and policies are prescribed for the customers in the area served by Edmonton Water, Sewer and Gas. All other rates, charges, and policies not specifically mentioned herein shall remain the same as those in effect under authority of the Commission prior to the effective date of these Orders.

For the activation of water, a security deposit of $125.00 is necessary. For the activation of gas, a security deposit of $125.00 is necessary for residential properties. Gas deposits for business, commercial, or industrial will be a minimum of $125.00 or 1 month historic usage. Payments for deposits must be made in cash or by check. To initiate service under your name, we mandate the submission of an identification card and documentation confirming your status as a renter and/or property owner.
